The total dosage was 44mg, which is above the standard recommended intake, so it’s advisable to take it after meals to avoid stomach upset. Cool zinc with a convenient dosage of 22 mg. Previously I took 15 mg, which was insufficient. Zinc’s form affects absorption. The oxide didn't suit me. There was intestinal discomfort, and I had acne from gluconate. However, citrate and picolinate were absorbed well. Positive effects included less chapped lips and faster drying of pimples. It increased my libido, and I recommend purchasing it!
